We document. We do not manage, advise, schedule, or supervise your household operations.

We record your security vendor contact. We are not a monitoring service, an access control system, or an emergency response provider.

iii.Legal or Financial Counsel

Nothing in our system constitutes legal advice, estate planning, financial guidance, or compliance documentation.

iv.Software Platform

The Digital Vault is a private access layer. Not a cloud drive, not a property app, not a subscription platform. Nothing to install.

v.Template Service

Iteko does not sell forms, downloadable documents, or self-service kits. Every system is built through our intake process, from your information.

vi.Unlimited Scope

We follow a strict data boundary policy. Certain categories of sensitive information are never collected or stored in our system, by design.

11Engagements by Application

Private engagements,
accepted selectively.

Some engagements begin after a staffing transition, operational disruption, or residence restructuring. The strongest engagements begin before the gap appears. If the moment has arrived, for your household or your clients, we would welcome an introduction.

Most engagements are completed over six to ten weeks, depending on residence complexity.
